Cipher Disk The application icon RotoR has. It depicts a Cipher Disk as was invented by Leon Battista Alberti in the 15th Century. This device actually lets you encode and decode ROT-13! Now RotoR takes this into the Electronic Age!

RotoR is Freeware. However, if you use RotoR you are encouraged to write some software yourself and make it available for free, too.
